Your needs matter to me. I am flexible with working via email, text message or a phone call. I am happy to facetime if you’d prefer that too! If you are unsure of what service is best for you after reading through my service list, I recommend having a 15-minute golden consultation first and we can talk it through together. 15-Minute Golden Consultation
Let’s get to know each other! During this consultation we will talk about the issues you are currently experiencing with your child’s sleep and I will talk you through how I plan on supporting you reach these sleep goals!
There is no obligation to continue with a sleep package after this consult, and during the consult I will offer some tips and tricks to help with your current sleep situation.
Golden Hour
This is a service that is perfect for families with a child who is struggling with sleep in one or two specific areas and want to ‘take back control’ of their sleep (e.g. catnaps/cutting a nap/weaning dummy/moving to a toddler bed from a cot).
This service involves you completing a client in-take form questionnaire prior to our consultation which you will complete digitally and send back to me.
After this we can either chat via a 60-minute phone call OR a detailed email thread.
After our chat or email, I will create a log of our conversation and send this to you via email along with a ‘mini’ unique personal sleep plan for you to begin implementing.
With the Golden Hour, I require you to keep a log of your child’s sleep progress and then offer a 20-minute phone call at the two-week mark from when you started implementing the plan for us to have a chat/make any necessary changes.

Golden Sleep Plans
This process is for families who are experiencing more than one or two sleep issues and are needing quite extensive support with their little one’s sleep (dealing with a sleep regression/frequent night wakes/struggling to settle to sleep at bedtime/moving away from feeding to sleep).
The service starts with a detailed intake form questionnaire which you will fill out and then send back to me.
From here, we have either a detailed consultation via phone call or via email thread.
After our consultation, I will create a unique personalised sleep plan for your child which answers all of your questions about their sleep and plots where to next for you step-by-step in an easy-to-read format.
The Golden Sleep Plan comes with either 7 or 14 days of tech support (via text message or email) so that we can touch base on how things are progressing and I can support you day and night with any little tweaks, issues or successes (yay!) that arise.
7 days of tech support: $120
14 days of tech support: $170
Previous Golden Clients
If you have worked with me previously and are experiencing some new sleep issues that have risen since you last used my services, the previous golden clients service is for you! This can be via an email thread or phone call. Once we have had our chat, I will send you the details of our conversation via email with advice on combatting your latest sleep issue. This is perfect for children who are having issues moving to a toddler bed/a new sibling coming along/co-sleeping/weaning from feeding or dummy.
This option also comes with 10 days of tech support.
